2. Ordinary convection heating method can process all kinds of offline single silver LOW-E glass and online LOW-E glass, and the glass flatness can be optimized;
3. Compared with the forced convection oven, it has the advantage of high cost performance;
4. The furnace heating control mode adopts PLD closed-loop control, and the heating system is intelligent and flexible;
5. The heating control mode adopts multiple temperature control curves, so that different glass pieces can be simultaneously heated into one furnace and the quality can be optimized.
6. The heating method adopts intelligent protection measures to avoid the furnace temperature losing control and thus scalding the glass surface;
7. Inverter fan is used for inorganic speed regulation to maximize energy saving;
8. When the furnace wire in the heating system is replaced, the high temperature operation can be performed, and the furnace wire can be replaced at any time without cooling the furnace body;
9. Adopt emergency DC protection system to avoid glass damage quartz roller after power failure;
10. The No. 100 order can be stored in the control system, and the appropriate production process parameters can be transferred at any time according to the production situation;
11. The temperature control of the control system adopts double protection of time and temperature, absolutely avoiding the phenomenon of glass bonded quartz roller.
